Honey Toast
This is one of the most popular desserts at R Café called “Honey Toast”. This dish is meant to be shared with friends or anyone who loves dessert (or if they are not, I’m sure they will after that). The more colors, textures, and the higher the better. Garnishing with some seasonal fruits and pour it with honey, sprinkle with additional chopped nuts, and flavored syrups if desired. Adding a scoop or more of ice – cream is quite typical ingredients of the dish.
C H O C O L A T E -L A V A
Craving for a delicious melt in your mouth chocolate dessert? I love the soft sponginess of the cake’s outer layers which similar to the texture of the cake, but the best thing for me is the surprise inside. We can see an oozing molten of chocolate from a center. For a better taste, I put some mixed berry on the other side. Just so we know “mixed berry” is an exotic fruit which combines the juicy taste of sweet, sour and quite aromatic at the same time.
Afternoon tea
After lunch and a few hours of work, maybe a cup of tea in the afternoon would be a good idea. So I do recommend you to try our afternoon tea set which comes with a jar of hot tea, sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, macaroons, sweet pastries, and cakes. You won’t regret it.

A professional pastry chef in our restaurant. He has a lot of experience in pastry cook and bakery. At the moment, he oversees pastry for our R-Restaurant and R’café. He makes great desserts where every shape and cut serves to build an ideal bite. He also likes to create some sense of wonders and surprises.
